Coast to Coast Talent Group intends this site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or a magnified display.

What we aim for

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, level AA. That is a standard, not a certificate, and we treat it as the floor rather than the finish line.

What that means here

  • Every page is ordinary HTML with a correct heading order, so a screen reader can move through it by structure.
  • Everything is reachable with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visibly outlined.
  • Text and background colours meet the AA contrast ratio.
  • Nothing depends on colour alone to make sense.
  • Nothing moves, flashes or plays on its own, and the small amount of scrolling motion the site does use is switched off for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
  • The site works without JavaScript.

Where we know we fall short

We have not yet had this site audited by someone using assistive technology daily. Until we have, this statement describes our intent and our own testing rather than an independent assessment.
